Matt has 20+ years experience. He has a huge heart and is extremely knowledgeable and committed to Conde Tech Services, LLC. He chose to start this business after many years in the trade seeing customers and employees being done wrong and taken advantage of. He decided it was time for a change!

Carey has 15+ years experience. She is dedicated, a brilliant problem solver and excels at phenomenal customer service. In her spare time, she enjoys the outdoors, photography and anything else creative.

Lynna has 20+ years experience. She’s super intelligent, reliable and sweet as apple pie. In her spare time, she enjoys the outdoors, spending time with family and hugging on her grandbaby.

Brandon has 15+ years experience. He is honest, dependable and witty. In his spare time, he enjoys grilling and supporting his beloved Baltimore Ravens.

Greg has 25+ years experience. He is committed to integrity, precision, and details. In his spare time he loves dad jokes, audio books and spending time with the family.

Carl has 12+ years in the trade. He has a positive spirit and a go-getter attitude. In his spare time, Carl enjoys fitness and playing cards with friends.

Tyrone has a few years experience and is always smiling and bringing the positive vibe to any task at hand. He enjoys laughing and making others laugh whenever possible.

Brandon is new to HVAC and eager to learn everything! When he’s not helping on install, he enjoys spending time with family and watching soccer. Go Real Madrid!

Omar is training to be our next great installer. In his free time, he enjoys working out when he’s not supporting Barcelona and the Lakers!

Caroline is a delight on our phones and enjoys hiking, baking, reading and cheering for the Washington Capitals!

Joe has 15+ years customer service experience. He is friendly, personable and always happy to help. In his spare time he enjoys supporting his favorite team, the Chicago Bears and playing video games with his son.
